Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on October 13, 2021, found that Two Caring Hearts, had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced onsite home care agency state re-licensure survey conducted on August 11, 2021.
